Gadget Insurance Scheme Policy Agreement

Important Notice: By agreeing and completing signup on this portal, the policyholder enters into a legally binding insurance contract with qTech.

1. Covered Assets & Eligibility

Coverage applies to registered gadgets including laptops, smartphones, tablets, and approved institutional IT hardware.

2. Premiums, Billing & Grace Period

Premiums are payable monthly or annually. A 7-day grace period applies after due date, after which cover may be suspended.

3. Insured Events

Accidental damage, malicious damage, and theft/burglary with required evidence and official reports.

4. Exclusions

Wear and tear, negligence, unauthorized repairs, and pre-existing defects are excluded.

5. Claims

Claims should be filed promptly with required evidence. Approved claims may be subject to applicable excess fees.
